At KidsModelista, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

We will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address.

2. Return Conditions

Products should be returned within the applicable legal timeframe and handled with reasonable care.

You may be responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

For hygiene or other legally exempt products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in certain circumstances, such as where a sealed product has been unsealed after delivery, where permitted by law. Any applicable exception will be communicated before purchase.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, provided this was clearly communicated before purchase.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. We will assist you in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable return shipping arrangements.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.

4. Refunds

Where a refund is legally due, it will be issued using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds will include the standard delivery costs paid at the time of purchase where required by law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable.

No restocking or processing fee will be deducted from a refund that is legally due.

Exchanges are an optional service and do not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or your rights relating to faulty products.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

• A description of the issue

• Photos or a video, if available, to help us understand the problem

We will review your request and assist you in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement at no cost, a price reduction or a refund, as required by law.

Your statutory legal guarantee rights are not affected by this policy.

8. Store Credit and Vouchers

We may offer store credit, vouchers or exchanges as alternatives where appropriate.

However, these alternatives will not replace a refund where you are legally entitled to receive one. Discount codes and vouchers are subject to their stated terms and applicable law.
